Baked salmon with honey-mustard marinade
Today we have a super simple recipe for anyone who would like to include more fish in their diet. Preparing salmon with honey-mustard marinade is extremely simple. You can have a great dinner on the table within half an hour. And it's up to you what you serve it with. We opted for a salad, but it also goes well with rice, potatoes or crispy pastries.
We will need
- ZERO honey-mustard sauce to taste
- salad
- olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- finely grated lemon zest to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20 g of honey
- 20 g Dijon mustard
- 300 g salmon (2×150 g fillets)
Approach
Wash the salmon fillets, dry them and heat the oven to 180 °C. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, finely chopped garlic and lemon zest to taste. Salt, season and spray the salmon with oil. Then pour the marinade over it and wrap the fillets in it from all sides.
Then put them in the baking dish with the remaining marinade and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. As soon as we are done, we transfer the salmon to a plate and serve it with washed salad and honey mustard zero sauce.
What will you serve the salmon with? Will you try a salad like we did or opt for a crispy baguette, for example?
